Jill’s Consignment is not affiliated in any way with any of the designers, brands, or manufacturers whose products appear on our website.

Brand new designer items are only available from their respective stores. Once an item leaves the respective brand store, that item is considered pre-owned. Many of the items on our site have never been worn, however, officially, they are pre-owned.

Jill’s Consignment is simply an outlet for individuals to buy and sell authentic, gently-used, or never used and no longer wanted, designer goods. With that being said, we guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell.

Authenticity Guarantee

We are committed to selling only authentic designer labels and are proud of our top-notch reputation. Needless to say, we authenticate every item that comes through our doors before it is added to our online boutique. Every designer brand has specific markings, engravings, fonts, date codes, holograms, serial codes, styles and other identifiers specific to that brand. When it comes to quality and workmanship, even the very best “super fakes” can't replicate the real thing. We have been reselling Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, Bottega Veneta and other designer labels since 1996. If a counterfeit bag is sent to us for consignment or cash outright, it is either sent back to the sender at his/her expense plus a $25 fee, or disposed of by Jill's Consignment, PERIOD.

Payment

Jill’s Consignment accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Pop Money. We use TransferWise for international orders.

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 7% will be added to all items shipped within Florida. There is no sales tax for items shipped outside of Florida.

Privacy Policy

Jill's Consignment will not sell or release any information gathered by the site. All credit card transactions are processed through PayPal which does not give us access to credit card information.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it within 7 days of receipt. We will refund the purchase price of the item less a 2.5% restocking fee and original shipping costs. We will not issue a refund for items that are: not the original item we sent you, that are returned worn, damaged or for an item that is returned more than seven days after you receive it. By purchasing an item from our website, you agree that you have read our return policy, you agree with our return policy, and that you will abide by it. Before final checkout, you will be required to check the box stating you have read and accept our return policy.

We are consignment and resale of pre-owned, gently used designer handbags and jewelry. Unless listed as new or never carried, an item may have signs of previous use.

Shipping

FREE shipping within the United States no matter how many items are in your order. Orders are shipped within 24 hours. Exceptions are holidays and weekends. All items will be fully insured when shipped. Purchases will only be shipped to the buyers confirmed/verified credit card billing address. We ship USPS Priority Mail. For oversized packages, we ship USPS Parcel Post.

  • Worldwide shipping
    We ship worldwide. At checkout, select your country and fill in your information. We’ll send you an invoice via TransferWise for the amount of your order plus shipping. Payment for international orders is accepted only via TransferWise.
  • Sold out items

    We update sold items manually and periodically throughout the day. If you purchase an item that is already sold out, we will notify you via email and refund your payment promptly. Please know that Jill's Consignment can get several orders for the same item, especially a new "hot" item that has just been added to the site. Unfortunately, because we are consignment, we only usually have one of each item. If you order an item that has already been sold, your payment will be promptly refunded. If you order multiple items and some of the items are not available, you of course will be promptly refunded for the items that are unavailable.

    Layaway

    Layaway can be done on most items! Put 25% down, and take 90 days to pay it off. Layaway deposits and payments are accepted via Pop Money, or TransferWise. TransferWise is for international customers only. Please be sure before you place an item on layaway. If you cancel your layaway or are unable to pay it off after 90 days, we retain 10% of the price of the item. Any remaining monies will be refunded back to you. Layaway returns follow the same guidelines stated in the above return policy, but, will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

    To place an item on layaway, at the payment method on the checkout page, select Layaway from the drop down box. We’ll send you an invoice for 25% down via Pop Money. (TransferWise for international customers). Once the deposit is paid, your selection will be moved to our sold section. We’ll send you a 2nd. invoice one month from the date of your first, and a final invoice on the 3rd. month.

    Some customers prefer to pay for layaways by check. If you prefer to send a check, please let us know via email. Just use the Contact Us button at the top of any page.

    Discounts

    We will discount any item (other than layaways), by 3% if you pay by check, Pop Money or Transferwise (for international customers). We pass our savings directly on to you. Please let us know by email using the Contact Us link at the top of this page so that we can send you an invoice.
