Jill’s Consignment is not affiliated in any way with any of the designers, brands, or manufacturers whose products appear on our website.
Brand new designer items are only available from their respective stores. Once an item leaves the respective brand store, that item is considered pre-owned. Many of the items on our site have never been worn, however, officially, they are pre-owned.
Jill’s Consignment is simply an outlet for individuals to buy and sell authentic, gently-used, or never used and no longer wanted, designer goods. With that being said, we guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell.
We are committed to selling only authentic designer labels and are proud of our top-notch reputation. Needless to say, we authenticate every item that comes through our doors before it is added to our online boutique. Every designer brand has specific markings, engravings, fonts, date codes, holograms, serial codes, styles and other identifiers specific to that brand. When it comes to quality and workmanship, even the very best “super fakes” can't replicate the real thing. We have been reselling Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, Bottega Veneta and other designer labels since 1996. If a counterfeit bag is sent to us for consignment or cash outright, it is either sent back to the sender at his/her expense plus a $25 fee, or disposed of by Jill's Consignment, PERIOD.
Jill’s Consignment accepts Cash App, bank to bank transfer via Pop Money, bank wire transfers and checks. For international orders we use Transfer Wise and international bank wire.
Due to rampant credit card fraud, we are only accepting PayPal for orders under $1000 unless you are a previous, long-time, vetted customer. If you’re a previous customer and wish to use PayPal, contact us with the item or items you wish to purchase and we’ll send you a PayPal invoice.
Otherwise, to make a purchase over $1000, please email, call or text with the item name and the payment option you prefer. Payment options are:
Cash App: an app you use with a debit card. You’ll need to download the app and send us your Cash App ID so that we can send you a payment request.
Pop Money: please sign up at popmoney.com. After signing up provide us with your mobile phone number or email address and we’ll send you a payment request.
Bank wire transfer: please email, text or call us and we’ll provide you the transfer details.
Check: mail to the address under the Contact Us link. There is a 7 business day hold on out of state checks. Your order will ship 7 business days after your check is received.
Sales tax of 7% will be added to all items shipped within Florida. There is no sales tax for items shipped outside of Florida.
Jill's Consignment will not sell or release any information gathered by the site. All credit card transactions are processed through PayPal which does not give us access to credit card information.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please return it within 4 days of receiving it. We will refund the purchase price of the item less original shipping. We will not issue a refund for items that are: not the original item we sent you, that are returned worn or damaged, or for an item that is sent back more than four days after you receive it. By purchasing an item from our website, you agree that you have read our return policy, that you agree with our return policy, and that you will abide by our return policy.
We are consignment and resale of pre-owned, gently used designer handbags and jewelry. Unless listed as new or never carried, an item may have signs of previous use.
FREE shipping within the United States. Orders are shipped within 24 hours. Exceptions are holidays and weekends. All items will be fully insured when shipped. Certain items will require a signature upon delivery. We ship USPS Priority Mail. For large and oversized packages, we ship USPS Parcel Select Ground.
We ship worldwide. Payment for international orders is accepted via international bank wire transfer or TransferWise. If you are an international client and would like to make a purchase please contact us for payment instructions.
Layaway is available for all of our items! Terms are 25% down and 90 days to pay off. Layaway payments are accepted via CASH APP, Pop Money, bank wire, bank checks and TransferWise. (TransferWise is for international customers only). Please be sure before you place an item on layaway. If you cancel your layaway or are unable to pay it off after 90 days, we retain 10% of the price of the item. Any remaining monies will be refunded back to you. Layaway returns follow the same guidelines stated in the above return policy, but will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Contact us with the item you would like to purchase on layaway and we’ll send you an invoice for the deposit via the method of your choice. Once your deposit is paid, your selection will be moved to our sold section. You can request an invoice to make additional payments at any time or we will send you a final balance invoice at the end of the 90-day period.
